Marketing to Realtors and mortgage loan officers may help you boost your business. 3. Ask to present at weekly or monthly meetings. Most real estate companies and mortgage lenders welcome outside speakers and visitors to their meetings. This is a great opportunity to meet several people at once, share your ideas, concepts, products, etc. Be professional during this meeting and dress the part. You should also bring material for each person in attendance, so check with the person in charge beforehand for a head count.


Bringing something in for everyone is also a nice touch. For a breakfast meeting consider bagels or donuts. A lunch meeting might call for a dessert of some time, cookies or candy. Depending on your situation, you may also offer to provide the lunch and bring in a party tray or pizzas.
