Create a Gift Certificate in Microsoft Word
Gift certificates are an easy, convenient way to reward employees or clients. By creating gift certificates for your company, you also are making a low-cost marketing tool that can help spread the word about your business. Because of their high visibility, your company's gift certificates should look professional and reflect the image and brand of your business. You can easily create a custom, professional gift certificate in Microsoft Word.
Instructions
1. Go to Microsoft's online template download center (see Resources).
2. Under the "Browse Templates" section in the middle column, click "Gift certificates."
3. Click the "Filter by Product" drop-down menu in the left column of the page. Select "Word."
4. Browse through the gift certificate templates, and select the layout and design that best reflects your company's needs and purpose.
5. Click the title of your selected template, then click the "Download" button. The download will start after you accept Microsoft's service agreement.
6. Open your downloaded template in Microsoft Word. Adjust and customize the gift certificate with your company's logo and brand. Change the colors, font and text to reflect your business.
