Download Videos to Your Zen
The Zen family of portable digital devices, manufactured by Creative, comes in a range of sizes and capabilities. Many Zen devices read and play videos formatted as MPEG-4, AVI, MJPEG, WMV9, MPEG4-SP3, DivX3 4/5 and XviD3 files.
Instructions
1. Download and install the "Creative Centrale" software. This software allows you to organize and transfer material to your Zen device.
2. Connect your player to your computer using the USB sync cable, and wait for your computer to recognize it.
3. Launch your "Creative Centrale" software.
4. Select the "Video" icon tab (a small film strip) in the top left corner of the software window.
5. Click on the "Settings" icon (which is a silver gear) on the top-right of the player's window.
6. Click on "Library," and then "Watch Folders." Under "Videos" browse and find the video you want to transfer on your computer. Then click "OK."
7. Select the "Transfer" tab at the top of the software window, and select the device that the video will be transferred to.
8. Click on the "Transfer List" at the bottom of the left-hand side to track the status of the download. Once the transfer list is empty, the file has completely downloaded to your device.
