Design A Cell Phone Online

Getting a customized cell phone might be easier than you think.

With all of the options available for cell phones and cell phone accessories these days, it's completely possible for you to design and order your own cell phone that can be made to your specifications, withing the limits of the cell phone, of course. It's important that you know what it is you want from your phone, however, and what components are absolutely necessary and what's an added bonus that you could really do without.

Instructions

1. Make a list of all the things you want on your cell phone. You should have these features worked out with what you want and what you're willing to accept: touch phone or not, keypad size and style, opening style, color, material, Internet support and data transfer, texting and phone size. If you're buying an iPhone or other, similar device, you should figure out what software you want installed on it when you buy it and what you'd be willing to install later.

2. Find a website that allows you to custom design your cell phone. Some phone providers like Verizon may give you some customization, but it helps to search around on your own and see which design sites offer you what you want most in a phone. Sites with a great deal of phone options like Cellular Factory are a good place to start.

3. Specify what you want in your cell phone. Most design sites will offer you a basic model, and you can then customize your phone based off of that. You will have to customize your plan in addition to your actual phone so that you get the necessary service that you want as well as a cell phone that has the look and components that you want.
